Just four months ago, Kristen Bell welcomed her second child, but her pregnancy didn't come (or go) without comments on her body. Bell shut down critics then and, she says, is sick of the buzz now about getting back to pre-baby shape. "Maybe because I've been through it twice, I find the 'baby weight' conversation to be a very stale topic," she told ELLE.com in an interview over email. "Who really cares? Just be healthy, don't beat yourself up, and have fun with your kid. The only way pressure is lifted is if we choose not to accept it any longer. I think that's what I did."

Instead, Bell is focusing her energies on her career—"I'm working with Melissa McCarthy right now on the movie Michelle Darnell and her talent level makes the entire room swoon"—family, and raising awareness about the importance of conservation. The actress just finished up her April #WipeforWater campaign with Neutrogena, where Bell went seven days without washing her face to conserve water. (She used the brand's Naturals makeup remover wipes instead.)

"I want [my children] to know having running water is a privilege: That it isn't an endless resource and you can't just assume when you turn the tap on that there will always be water," she said of the cause. "Understanding how to be grateful for what we have, and conserve it when necessary, makes you an informed, aware, and conscientious adult. As a mom that is all you can ask for, for your children to be curious about the way things work and to love nature and want to do something to help based on what they learn about the world around them."
