Here's a heartwarming story to start your Friday morning off right: When Arizona resident Diandra Ortiz, who was eight months pregnant, started getting stomach pains at work earlier in the week, she got in her car, picked up her boyfriend, and headed toward the hospital.

But, Fox News Latino reports, "fate had other plans for her," and Ortiz and her boyfriend ended up delivering her baby right there in the car.

"I felt her coming, and my first instinct was to start pulling my pants down. So then he's like, 'What are you doing?' I'm like, 'She's coming!'" Ortiz told KVOA.com. "Right when I did that, I felt my water, everything just burst and all I heard was crying. I didn't know what to do. He's like 'Grab her, grab her.'"

Luckily, the couple was able to make it to the hospital with their new baby girl, whom they named Kalie Lyric Watson-Ortiz, and both Ortiz and baby Kali are doing fine.

Ortiz laughs at the situation now: ""I didn't know what I was doing, but my car looks like a murder scene!"
